Tortious Interference With Inheritance Rights

Texas law provides a cause of action for tortious interference with inheritance rights, which allows a beneficiary who would have otherwise inherited from a decedent to recover damages against a person who by fraud, duress or other tortious means intentionally prevents the beneficiary from receiving their inheritance. Staubus/Randall both pursues and defends tortious interference lawsuits.
